More cozy now, Yzak can properly wrap his arms taut around Blue's back and waist, easily holding him tight and in no rush to let go - the thought of pulling away from him hasn't even come to mind. The familiarity of Blue's heartbeat against his chest - it ... mixes with the comforting aura of his room. Of home. A home so close to something Blue himself yearns for, still glowing outside of the window. Two things that feel so reassuring and special to Yzak, it would be nice if this exact moment could somehow be a reality instead.
His head turns enough to rest against Blue's, nose and mouth burying into what soft hair is there and focusing on the way he feels Blue's breathing slow as he calms against him. ]
[connected heart to heart, body to body...it's a very potent thing. no wonder such connections were groomed out of mankind where he's from; warnings of the 'madness' of love make a little more sense with this kind of context.
it's undeniably worth it, however. Blue only mourns that he never knew this sooner, never knew Yzak sooner... how much more could he have been able to give in exchange for these feelings?
with him and in him brings a sense of security and completeness - a reprieve from the clock winding down, the endless weariness and aches in a failing form. the resonance between their hearts and bodies is humbling and quite honestly addictive, and part of him wonders if he'd be out of line to ask for more.
...then again, Yzak did exclaim do you want to kill me?!, so...perhaps not...
he does calm, relaxing against Yzak's slender but sturdy frame, humming a gentle, pleased sound as he feels the nuzzle in his hair.
it wouldn't be bad to stay like this for a long time, would it.]
