No, but of course I would have been there if we had! [ Yzak this was just about Sabriel. (he can't help it he's just like this) ] Still, my point stands! I wouldn't put out that sort of praise on just anybody if I didn't mean it!
I enjoy reading about things like that. It comes in handy for things like this.
[ He looks pretty pleased that she likes it, though.
The last thing is an assortment of flower seeds. All labeled appropriately and of various types. ]
That one isn't for here, obviously. But I figure one day in the future, if you end up having a royal garden or something like that, you can take these back with you. [ Yzak's gonna leave his mark on as many worlds as possible. 😌 ]
Not that I'd assume you'd simply return home and just forget about myself and the rest of us. But I did have a lot of the team in mind when I was deciding on which types to give you.

Amaryllis are for pride and determination, as well as hard-earned success. Which we will achieve.
That's... amazing. I know most of these flowers, but the only meaning I knew was rosemary's.
[And even then, she only knew that because of a line in a play.]
I will plant these though, when we succeed and return to our homes. And if I can fully decipher and use the notes I found in Kilnan... I might be able to bring you to see it.
Yes, well, I make sure to do my research! [ He's into that, meanings and symbolism behind things, because it falls into some of his more personal hobbies. ] I'm glad to hear you like it. Like them all.
[ At what she says next, he pauses briefly. Yzak isn't particularly pessimistic, but he doesn't allow himself to get too hopeful about certain things. The idea of being able to see those flowers in bloom one day, it's a nice thought - in his heart he'd love to see it. Will something like that be possible?
Well, one thing he can do to at the very least in response to that thought is: ]
If you can decipher them? With an offer like that, I'd like to help you there.
