Among them, one of the most bizarre fates is that of the Duel Gundam ... a machine designed specifically for close quarters shooting and combat. After it was captured, it was used by ZAFT in a series of operations and led to the development of extra armor and an external weapons system, also known as the Assault Shroud. An image of which a machine uses technology of both friend and foe, both coexisting in a cruel logic of the battlefield. However, Yzak Jule is not deeply moved by this new appearance of his aircraft created by the rationalism of the battlefield. All he has in his heart is the desire for revenge against the Strike Gundam and Kira Yamato. The piercing pain doesn't come from the wound across his face. He feels the shattered pieces of his pride in his chest with every beat of his heart.
